This results in extremely fine water droplets, ranging from just 3 to 5 µm (micron), providing maximum cooling effect. What is the operating pressure of a misting system?
The high-pressure pumps from FOG System are set based on the customer’s specific situation. In practice, they can be adjusted from 80 bar to a maximum of 120 bar! There is no issue with the pipework, as it can easily withstand a pressure of 150 bar. The final operating pressure of the system is set to around 100 bar.
How do I prevent contamination in my high-pressure misting system?
To ensure that your system doesn’t become contaminated, and your nozzles don’t clog, FOG System uses filters. These filters come in various types and sizes, ranging from 9 to 40 inches, with a density of 1 to 50 microns (µm). The size of the filter depends on the system’s water consumption and the quality of your input water.
What is the maximum coverage area that a FOG System can bridge?
